Rachel“I don’t even know where to begin. I have done macros in the past and for the past year struggled with finding the motivation to track.
I have had an unhealthy relationship with food most of my life and trouble believing in myself. A couple of good friends encouraged me to do this with them. I could not have done it without their encouragement and the check ins daily. I loved the workouts and the progression with the moves. I felt stronger and found a happy balance with my cut in my macros. I wondered if I had made any progress physically several times during the challenge. My mind wanted to question everything, if it was working etc. but I knew when I did Aubries workouts, I could feel the difference. I can even do some wall walks and was so excited! Turns out a lot can happen in 30 days. I believe if you can push yourself in a workout to do what is hard and what is uncomfortable, you can do that in your daily life when things get thrown at you. This challenge showed me I can do it. I am so grateful to Aubrie for putting together such a motivating and fun challenge! I looked forward to what was next and loved finding new fun recipes that I loved! Thank you thank you Aubrie for helping me feel more comfortable in my skin and proud of myself, so much so that I am going to keep going for another round!”

Kelsey“I started this challenge because I was truly feeling like I was at my lowest since having baby number 4.
Not just because of my weight - I was constantly eating junk, my sleep was terrible, I felt bloated, sluggish, and i didn’t have any energy. Everyone around me told me that was normal because I had 4 kids, was in the middle of building a house, and a full time job. But I knew it was more than that - I had let myself go and all my healthy habits that made me feel good. I did another challenge last year but it was the worst time for me and I wasn’t able to sustain it. That made me feel even worse because I felt like i quit on myself. Through this challenge I pushed myself to get up at 5am to get workouts done, ran/walked in the cold mornings, and kept myself on a strict diet with my macro count. One of the biggest things I’m proud of myself for through this is my self-discipline. I stuck to my macros throughout the entire challenge and committed 100% and I feel so much better for it! I’m less bloated, I have so much energy, I’m sleeping better, and above all I feel so much stronger! I upped my weights and finished more rounds each week. I’m so excited to continue this progress going forward and above all I feel like myself again! Started 123 and ended 119, only a 4 lb difference but I honestly didn’t even check the scale until the very end.”

to look better, and to do something for myself, but didn’t have the motivation to actually do it! One night I saw your challenge and thought what the heck! 2023 new me! Alyssa“Aubrie! I wanted to start off by saying, again, I am so glad I found your program. I started working out summer ‘21 and used another program for 4 weeks,
it was great and all, but I’ve now done 3 of yours and there’s a reason i keep coming back! I love your workouts, and how involved you are with us who do your challenges and just being able to feel your support from afar is so motivating. So thank you! I have had so many life changes in the last 6 months from moving out of state for the first time ever and then going from living in a home we owned in utah to living in a 5th wheel all over montana and it’s been hard. I lost motivation to keep working on myself while trying to figure out RV life including how i’m supposed to workout in a trailer because i’ve been so fearful of gyms/being judged/feeling out of place. I haven’t been ready for a gym yet, but as I completed this last challenge, I actually feel less scared of going and trying a workout at the gym, that’s a HUGE thing for me and my anxiety and that’s thanks to you!! ❤️ my goal for 2023 was to learn to love myself and keep working on myself, and this challenge was the perfect start to this journey. I struggle SO bad with binge eating/starving myself-which is embarrassing to admit, but it’s life. during this cut/challenge, for the first time in a long time, I wasn’t scared of eating. my fear with eating comes from the body dysmorphia i experience and in my head I automatically assume I need to eat less and workout harder to see a change. that didn’t happen this time, I tracked the whole time and have never felt better during a cut and i could actually see in my after photos what a difference it made and that eating is good for me! I also felt really proud of myself, because I maintained control over my binge eating and didn’t over-indulge ONCE!! Not once during the 4 weeks. I’m now crying tears of happiness writing this testimonial because I didn’t think these things were possible and eating disorders and body dysmorphia are freaking HARD to move past, but slowly & surely I know I can do it and get there. Brittany“Over 10 pounds, 8.5 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips -- gone!! I started this challenge at a very low point in my life.
October 7, 2022 I delivered a miscarriage at 4 and a half months pregnant. It was by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Not only did we lose our baby, my mind and my body still felt pregnant... like my body wasn't ready to be finished. Everyday was a mental battle inside my head. I did turn to exercise and healthy eating but nothing seemed to be working. The This Is Me Challenge was exactly what I needed! I was able to find the joy and passion that being healthy brings to my life. The structure and intensity was like no other! I pushed myself in the workouts and I disciplined myself in the kitchen (such an awesome meal plan provided). I trusted Aubrie with this process and I am so damn proud of my results!! Katie“Wow, where to even begin… before we started this challenge Aubrie asked what our word for 2023 would be. After thinking about it for a few days I finally decided to go with Persevere.
This is my second challenge with Aubrie and man did I persevere! This challenge was very difficult for me both mentally and physically… I’ve been struggling with some challenges at home, and I got sick at the start of week two with something that lasted 2 whole weeks! It wiped me out… I felt helpless, worthless, sore, was facing life altering choices, and just tired all around. The one constant I had was the workouts! We did the zoom meeting with Chelsea Christensen and I finally felt some hope. What stood out to me was when she talked about speaking kindly to ourselves. I was not being nice to myself... I was focusing on all the negative things in my life instead of the positive. I decided to change my mindset and to start complimenting myself throughout the day. It changed the last week of the challenge for me. I remembered why I was doing this challenge. It wasn’t just for me, but it was for my kids. I wanted to do it so I could be a better mother to them despite the hardships that were happening. My kids have been my number one supporters and have always been so patient with me while I workout. It’s hard working out from home, but I’m so blessed to have these sweet little angels as mine. I didn’t miss a workout because of them! To persevere means to keep at something in spite of difficulties, opposition, or discouragement, and I realized that I did just that during this challenge. I was not perfect by any means, but I did the best I could. I’m proud of myself for that! I didn’t realize the change I went through in the last 4 weeks physically and mentally until I looked at my before and after pictures. 🥹 I worked really hard and chose not to give up. I did try and focus on my abs and added some extra ab workouts from the app. I want to thank Aubrie for all her support and kind words. I’m grateful for all I’ve learned and continue to learn from her!! I’m grateful for all who supported me during the challenge and for those that didn’t! If anything, they made me persevere.
