I love how hard it pushed me! I did moves that were WAY out of my comfort zone. The results that came were unreal! I loved this training and definitely plan to continue. I feel more confident and happy in my body.
All of that gives me motivation to keep going. Showing up for myself was the key to my success. I wasn't showing up for anyone else. Just me! It has helped me mentally more than I knew it would. I'm so happy I did this challenge. My sister was a huge motivator for me! She crushed it as well. I'm excited to see the results that will continue to come with consistency!
This challenge has been such a game changer for me. Sticking to my macros and working out everyday was a challenge and I wasn’t always perfect. So much self doubt would creep in and tell me I couldn’t finish. When the scale stopped moving downward about halfway through I really got discouraged.
The days I struggled I would text my friend who was doing the challenge with me and we would encourage one another. Not to mention the amazing women on Instagram and Facebook cheering everyone on. What a cool experience that I will continue. This challenge is definitely the beginning to a stronger and healthier version of myself. Thank you Aubrie for making me feel like I can do anything and finally become a much stronger/healthier version of myself. My journey is a perfect example that the scale is just a number. Sometimes getting stronger and leaner doesn’t show on the scale as a downward tick. I’m excited to continue to count my macros and follow Aubrie’s workouts to see just how far I can go! I already submitted some after photos, but I wanted to see my side by side comparison so I’m showing you, as well. And I want to leave a testimonial, too. This was my first challenge with you and my first time doing your workouts and using your app.
My “before” pictures are only a pound heavier from my after pictures. And I’m here to tell you that the scale isn’t the only way you see results! I so so wish I had taken measurements because you can visibly see in the pictures that I lost inches. Fat was lost, but I’m stronger now than when I was a month ago! I love your program and your workouts and needless to say, I will be an app user from here on out! Thank you for helping me become a stronger, healthier version of me!

Aubrie first thank you! This challenge was AMAZING!!! I have never committed myself like this! I tracked my macros and didn’t miss a day! I was so freaking proud of myself and worked out 6 days every week!
I saw changes I was so freaking proud of my mental health is so incredible now I have been struggling mentally lately and just needed something to pull me out of my funk and this did that! I have lifted more than I ever have in my life! I couldn’t believe it! You were absolutely right you can lift more than you think! I would tell myself when it was burning so bad that I could do it it only burns in the moment the second you put down the weights the burn stops so push yourself and get those last few reps! And I did and it really does make a difference! Anyway I am rambling but I am so dang grateful for you and this program!!! Thank you for doing this! I feel incredible!
I was really excited about this challenge! I started out great with workouts and nutrition and then the 1st 2 weekends I didn’t do well tracking food I was disappointed in myself. I turned things around the last two weeks.
The day I took my post pictures I wasn’t feeling as good about them as I thought I would and then I saw two friends later that day that I haven’t seen in months and they were both going on and on about how good I looked and they could see a change in my face and more definition in my arms. It made me feel so much better. I pushed myself more on the weights and added each week and I was always surprised that I could do it. I love these challenges for the workouts and the motivation from you and the Facebook group. I am going to continue my cut for the next two weeks because I know I still have progress to make. Thank you for the challenges and the daily workouts. I have been using your app for about a year now and I love it!
The Stronger You 2022 Challenge has really pushed me to focus on the build rather than the loss. After recovering from surgery, I found myself softer than I care to admit, but I was ready to commit.
People often consider themselves out of the game as they age and I can tell you that I feel like I am as strong of a competitor now at almost 49 as I did when I was younger. It is about mindset to me and I promised myself to play to win and that’s exactly what I did. I did each workout to the best of my ability and left no regrets in my performance. I do not weigh, so I solely relied on seeing the improvement in my after pictures and in my performance. After four weeks, I increased weight in all areas of lifting and improved my speed in the timed workouts. This is not a 30 day plan for me, so all I can do is see the improvement as I go. For me to see it is huge and I see it. I suffer from BDD and I have for years, but I see it and the improvement became very real to me and that is a win for me❤️
This challenge was so great for me. I wasn’t perfect with my nutrition but I was realistic with eating to meet my goals that I can keep doing over time not just in 4 weeks.
I’ve already found out I love Aubries work outs so getting to do them every day made me happy even when sick with covid!
